"In 2012 we engaged JC Design and Construction to design and build our new house in Canterbury.  Initially we had some rough and imperfect ideas about what we wanted, but it was when we found Jimmy that our journey with our dream home really started.  In our view, no one could have provided a better drafting service than Jimmy.  He was brilliant yet practical.  His great resourcefulness and patience helped us perfect our plan, the most important part of the building process.

"We engaged Jim Christopoulos' company, J.C Design and Constructions Pty Ltd in June 2003 to make alterations to our Federation home in Canterbury over a six-month period.

We can only speak in the highest regard for Jim's planning workmanship and cooperation.  He listened carefully to our needs and responded in a timely manner with options that guided us to selecting the best solution in each case.  Jim found innovative solutions to the numerous problems typically encountered  when renovating a very old house.  He was always considerate of our need when working onsite and kept the site functional and as tidy as practicable. 

Jim always did what he promised when he promised.  The project was finished on time and within budget.  This was made even more impressive by the fact that we expanded the project  scope considerably along the way.  Again, Jim was very helpful and responsive to our ever-expanding list of needs.

This building project was further complicated by the fact that we had separately engaged landscape gardeners to build a swimming pool and landscape the entire back yard as the same time.  Jim and his team co-operated extremely well with the landscapers in addition to providing excellent suggestions for that project which we incorporated  into the design.  Jim also built several of the external features associated with the landscaping project.

It is now four months since the project was finished and we are delighted with the results.  Jim's design for our living, functional and utility areas are brilliant and the finishes and quality of his work shop are simply stunning.
